53rd Anniversary Celebrations of Puj Shahenshah Baba Nebhraj Sahib
(Puj Dada Rantanchandji at the specially decorated altar)The 53rd Anniversary of Puj Shahenshah Baba Nebhraj Sahib took place between 9th May 2002 and 13th May 2002 at SufiDar, Chennai.

Colorful decorations added glow to the pure white walls of the temple. The statues of deities were draped in beautiful brocade and shimmering robes. The huge white marble statue of Puj Shahenshah Baba Nebhraj Sahib in the main hall enfolds all those who come to seek blessings. A special altar was setup for Puj Shahenshah Baba Nebhraj Sahib and it was decorated with offerings of fruits and flowers. The preparations and rituals were guided by Puj Dada Ratanchandji.

Puj Shahenshah Baba Nebhraj Sahib)Each morning of the five day function began with a bath to Puj Shahenshah Baba Nebhraj Sahib. One feels at peace when watching Puj Dada Ratanchandji decorating Puj Shahenshah Baba Nebhraj Sahib with patience and reverence. The bathing ritual was followed by Duaa from Dada Dastagir Badshah of Baghdad. Parsaad was distributed to the devotees.

Puj Shahenshah Baba Nebhraj Sahib)The Bahrano Sahib was held on Saturday 11th 2002. Kalaams and bhajans were rendered by singers who came from different parts of the country. The devotees also took part in the recitation of the Gurbani. The last day of the function coincided with Chand. Aarti was also performed for Guru Nanik Sahib and Jhoolelal Sain.
