O' Peer (Guru)! I have caught hold of the corners of your sacred Apron (for help).

My aching heart has no remedy (i.e. No medicine) and whatever I do turns fruitless.
I am striving hard in every possible way (for getting relief from the agony and pain).

The weakness (of my heart) bestows all kinds of harm to my person.
